The Eagle Mystic is a logical, left brain dominant person.  So what is he doing as a practicing Psychic? 

After ignoring messages and dreams for years, the Eagle Mystic finally went to see a psychic.  

He had always been hesitant to visit a psychic,  wondering "How do you know that the psychic is not a fraud, just wanting to take your money?"  But this particular psychic had made a predicition about him.  And it came to be true.

A close relative of the Eagle Mystic had gone to see the psychic after getting a recommendation on her validity.   When she mentioned this to the Eagle Mystic, he scoffed.  She could almost read his mind, "What a waste of money".

At the end of her visit, the relative asked the psychic about the Eagle Mystic's dreams.  The psychic said that she didn't know anything about the dreams, but he should be careful around electricity.   The relative couldn't wait to pass the message on.  He had to be careful!   Of course, the psychic did say that he wouldn't be hurt, but he needed to be careful!

When the relative passed her message to the Eagle Mystic, all he did was shrug.  After all, how did he know whether or not this person was a fraud, or the real thing?

Lo and behold, about a week and a half later, as he was out in the barn in the morning, he reached for a light switch in the dark.  Unfortunately, he had re-worked the electricity in the barn and was one cover plate short... and so live electricity was exposed.  This became very obvious when an electrical cord from a farm appliance, which had been left unplugged by another person, was pushed into the live wire. ZAP!!!

But the Eagle Mystic wasn't worried.  Because this had been predicted, and the person who had predicted the electrical event also said that he wouldn't be hurt.  If you are right on one, you're probably going to be right on the other!
